Washington, Jan 26 : Dakota Fanning is keen to join the cast of the Twilight sequel - New Moon.

The 14-year-old star is reportedly in talks to star in `New Moon'.

According to reports, she'll play Jane in the film adaptation of author Stephenie Meyer's best-selling series.

"I really hope it works out. It would be so much fun," E! Online quoted Fanning, as saying.

"I think that the actors are amazing. It would be really cool to be a part of that. I''m a big fan," Fanning added. (ANI)
