CBI gives clean chit to Moninder Pandher in its 12th charge sheet
Ghaziabad, Apr 1: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has once again cleared Nithari killings accused Moninder Singh Pandher of charges of kidnapping and murder of a 10-year-old girl.
Submitting its 12th charge sheet in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (CBI) Sapna Mishra, the agency cleared him of charges of kidnapping and murdering Nisha.
The agency charged Pandher's domestic help Surinder Koli of the kidnapping and murder of the girl.
The Magistrate accepted the charge sheet.
Earlier, the investigating agency gave Pandher a clean chit in all the cases related to the incident, except the Payal murder case, wherein he was charged along with Koli.
As many as 19 people, mostly children, were killed inside Pandher's sprawling bungalow in the industrial town of Noida, in Uttar Pradesh in December 2006. (ANI)
