London - Tottenham Hotspur winger Aaron Lennon signed a two-year extension to his contract on Friday.

The 21 year old, who is contracted to the club until 2014, has been in fine form recently. He had been linked with moves to Liverpool and Real Madrid.

"We're delighted to have him," said manager Harry Redknapp.

"He is still learning the game but he has real ability," the manager said. (dpa)
