Singapore termed as world’s most emotionless nationAccording to an elaborate study involving several nations, People in the tiny nation of Singapore are found be the most emotionless people in the world.

US-based Gallup said in a new report that, "Singaporeans are the least likely in the world to report experiencing emotions of any kind on a daily basis." The company released the report following a three-year study that was conducted in more than 150 countries.

The report said that the Philippines was the most emotional society in the world. About 6 out of 10 in the Philippines said that they experienced both negative and positive emotions on a daily basis. Countries in the Latin American region were on the top of list of countries that experienced positive emotion on a daily basis.

The company said that it polled about 1,000 respondents at the age of 15 years and above in each country every year between 2009 and 2011. It had asked respondents if they experienced five positive and five negative emotions on the previous day.

The survey included anger, stress, sadness, physical pain, and worry as negative feelings and well-rested, being treated with respect, enjoyment, smiling and laughing a lot, and learning or doing something interesting as positive feelings.
