RRB NTPC Admit Card To Be Released Soon - Download Railway Admit Card For CBT 1

RRB earlier this year released recruitment drive for 35000 vacancies in various departments of non-technical popular categories in the Indian railways. The railway recruitment board has recently announced an update stating that RRB NTPC admit card is going to be out soon. However, no fixed dates have been discussed by RRB. Candidates would be able to download their hall tickets four days prior to their respective RRB NTPC exam date.

Railways is also going to release the city intimation and travel pass (if eligible) details on the RRB website to help candidates make their travel arrangements accordingly.

As stated by the previous notification, the RRB NTPC 2019 EXAM was scheduled in june, however now it is likely to be conducted between July and september. Once the exam dates are finalized by railway, the RRB will release the admit cards.

Candidates will also receive an email and text message on their registered mobile number and email ID.


Steps to download RRB NTPC admit card 2019 stage 1

Candidates can visit their respective RRB portal to download the RRB NTPC call letter by clicking on the following links.

  1. Open the website of your regional Railway recruitment board.
  2. Click on the admit card link on the website.
  3. Enter your details such as registration number and date of birth or password.
  4. Click on submit, your RRB NTPC admit card 2019 will be displayed on the screen.
  5. Click on save to download your admit card.
  6. Now click on print to take a printout.

RRB NTPC 2019 Important dates

  • RRB NTPC application status check: June 2019
  • RRB NTPC stage 1 admit card release: July-August 2019
  • RRB NTPC exam date 2019 CBT 1: August-september 2019


Candidates qualifying for stage 1 exam will be shortlisted to appear for stage 2 exam. Further, those candidates passed in stage 2 will be asked to appear for skill test/typing test. This will be followed by document verification process and the final selection will be based on the merit list released by the RRB.

The CBT 1 exam will be multiple choice questions based in which the candidates have to attempt 100 questions in a span of 90 minutes.

A composite time of 90 minutes will be allotted to candidates. In cased with candidates belonging to the PWD category, the time specified is 120 minutes. One mark will be awarded for every correct answer whereas 0.33 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

The total marks (raw marks) obtained by the candidates will be normalized based on the variation of difficulty level of exam paper. RRB will then release the merit list of students qualified for stage 2 online exam.
