London, Mar 28 : British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has warned that he will not surrender the sovereignty of the Falkland Islands ahead of talks with Argentinean premier Cristina Kirchner, who was elected with a pledge to regain the islands from British occupation.

Brown will today hold his first meeting with Kirchner at a conference in Chile, The Telegraph reported.

The researchers compared the mental abilities of elderly people, and found that those born after the school leaving age was raised in the country fared better.

Based on that observation, the researchers came to the conclusion that further changes to the school leaving age could improve mental abilities and curb dementia rates more.

London, Mar 28 : Disgraced US financier Bernard Madoff used the London arm of his corrupt investment business as his personal "piggy bank", British fraud investigators have claimed.

The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) described Madoff Securities International, based in Mayfair, Central London as "a cog in the global washing machine", through which the jailed fraudster had laundered billions of pounds.

London, Mar 28 : A man, dubbed ''Italian Fritzl'', and his son have been accused of the serial rape of their daughters.

Cops have revealed that Michele Mongelli, 64, kept his daughter prisoner and brutally raped her for 25 years.

It is being alleged that accused Mongelli believed it was "his right" to sexually abuse her, reports The Sun.

Police claim he groomed his son Giuseppe to abuse the girl too - along with his own four children. Father and son were last night under arrest in Turin.
