Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], Feb. 3 : That it is difficult to beat Tiger Shroff in action and stunts is well known fact. Ever wondered who inspires him to perform daredevilry in his films?

The 'Baaghi' star, who was recently spotted on the red carpet at a special screening of Jackie Chan, Sonu Sood and rumoured girlfriend- Disha Patani starrer, action-adventure-comedy 'Kung Fu Yoga', confessed he is a big fan of the Hollywood action legend.

"Whatever I am today is because Jackie Chan is my inspiration especially for action sequences. I am not one percent of him but I try to work hard and be creative in action sequences like Jackie," said Tiger during the media interaction.

HeropantiNew Delhi, May 26 : It seems like the blessings of Lord Shiva and Bollywood stars have worked for Tiger Shroff, who made his acting debut with “Heropanti”. The romantic actioner saw a huge growth on third day of its release and collected over Rs. 21 crore, says an expert.

“‘Heropanti’ (earned) Friday - Rs. 6.63 crore, Saturday - Rs. 6.42 crore, Sunday - Rs. 8.28 crore. Total: Rs. 21.33 (crore) nett. India business. Huge growth on Sunday. Excellent,” trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted on Twitter Monday.

Tiger’s dancing skills and action stunts were talk of the town much before the Sabbir Khan directorial released May 23.

HeropantiNew Delhi, May 24 : Tiger Shroff's much anticipated and highly publicised Bollywood debut "Heropanti", managed to mint Rs. 6.63 crore on its opening day in the country. Trade analysts are hopeful the movie will have a promising weekend.

The film released Friday alongside mammoth star Rajinikanth-starrer "Kochadaiiyaan", which also features Tiger's father and actor Jackie Shroff.

The star son is being launched into filmdom by producer Sajid Nadiadwala with "Heropanti", is scheduled for a May 23 release. According to a source, once the film's first song and trailer went viral, nasty taunts and barbs started surfacing.

Ayesha doesn't deny that the twitter taunts on Tiger are in all likelihood orchestrated.

"Perhaps these taunts are orchestrated. I can't really say. But in any case these comments are only a drop in the ocean," she said.

Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the action romance film required Tiger to jump off a 260-feet tall building.

The crew shot the sequence recently on the outskirts of Mumbai and director Sabbir Khan says that it was scary.

Having a star dad may have its own benefits, but as of now Tiger is scared of all the comparisons to Jackie.

"If I achieve half of what my dad has achieved, I would be a happy man," Tiger said in a statement.

Tiger-ShroffMumbai, March 3 : Jackie Shroff's son Tiger, who recently turned 24, says he doesn't believe in celebrating his birthday.

"I don't have birthday plans. I don't celebrate it. I just don't like celebrating my birthday," said the actor who will make his big screen debut with "Heropanti", being made by Sajid Nadiadwala.

He added: "According to me, it's not a great accomplishment to become a year older. On the contrary, I'm reminded that I've lost one year of my precious life. What's there to celebrate?"

"Unlike his dad, who, in his time was known to be a born flirt, Tiger is very shy with girls. He is very reserved with the opposite sex. So there was an apprehension among Tiger's team and family members that he would need time to open up with Kriti. But the boy is a natural. He just blossomed when the camera went on. Tiger and Kriti make a sizzling couple," said a source.
