PCB should allow all ICL players to play for country again: Moin Khan

PCB should allow all ICL players to play for country again: Moin KhanLahore, June 13 : Former Pakistan captain, Moin Khan, has urged the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to allow all rebel ICL players to play for the country once again.

Referring to the return of all-rounder Abdul Razzaq in the national squad, Khan expressed the hope that the PCB would allow more ICL players to represent the country.

"I hope this is the start of a process through which all other ICL players are allowed to try and represent their national team," The Daily Times quoted Khan, as saying.

He said the PCB had taken a wrong decision while banning the players.

"It was wrong to ban them. I think at least now the board is taking the right decisions," Khan added.

The PCB had allowed batsman Mohammad Yousuf and Razzaq to play in the national team again, after they, along with Imran Nazir, Rana Navedul Hasan, Imran Farhat and Mohammad Sami terminated their respective contracts with the Indian Cricket League (ICL).

The PCB, while taking Yousuf and Razzaq into the official fold, had said that it would decide on the future of other players later on a case-to-case basis. (ANI)
