Washington, October 4 : Scientists have found that threat of punishment for social norm violations activates specific areas of brain’s prefrontal cortex.

The researchers say that the areas they have identified are known to be involved in control of decision-making related to fairness and evaluation of punishing stimuli.

Washington, Oct 4 : A team of researchers have found a biological link between the protein whose mutation triggers early-onset of Alzheimer’s, and a gene variant related to the late onset of the neuro-degenerative disease.
