Hollywood director Cameron endorses ''Luv U Mate'' author''s views on Mariana TrenchNew Delhi, Apr 3 : Hollywood director James Cameron of "Titanic" and "Avatar" after diving in the Mariana Trench or Marianas Trench, which is the deepest part of the world''s oceans, and located in the western Pacific Ocean, supports views on the technical details related to the trench, oceanic life and the need to save environment as well as mother Earth, as conveyed in the book "Luv U Mate" by Indian author Dr Punit Sethi.

This suggests that there is no dearth of talent in India and that the country has the potential to be a super power in its own right in times to come, feels Dr. Sethi.

The Mariana Trench is located about 36,000 feet below the western Pacific Ocean, east of the 14 Mariana Islands near Japan, which is also described in Dr. Sethi''s book.

Luv U Mate also talked about the aphotic zone, the point where sunlight loses its power of transference through the water as summarized by Cameron. There is also a very interesting description of reptiles and dancing turtles in the book.

While giving technical details of the Mariana Trench, the book points out that the trench is not in the shape of a well or hole.

The depth of the trench is 11,033 meters (36,201 feet), its length is 2,542 kilometers, while its width is 69 kilometers. This is mentioned by James Cameron as well. The cover page of the book also indicates oceanic life inspired by `Mariana Trench'.

The global internet community had declared Dr Punit Sethi, an Indian engineer turned author as the most popular social media Facebook expert. It also described his book Luv U Mate, which is based on a love story on Facebook with message of harmony, as very useful for Internet users with tools especially for ladies.

Luv U Mate was released globally Union Minster of HRD, Communication and IT Kapil Sibal last year. (ANI)
