Kejriwal writes to Modi on gas pricing, targets Mukesh Ambani again

Arvind-KejriwalNew Delhi, Feb 21 : Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal has written to Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prime ministerial candidate and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi and asked him to "clear his stand" on a gas price hike that he alleges was in favour to Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani.

Addressing media persons here, Kejriwal said he has asked Modi in the letter as to why was he silent on the gas pricing issue.

"I request Modi to break his silence on the gas pricing issue," he said.

He asked, "Some people say that Mukesh Ambani is running the government in reality. Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi use helicopters and private jets to travel in India. Who does it belong to and who pays for them?"

He asserted that his party would not accept any election-related donations from Mukesh Ambani.

Kejriwal further said the same letter will also be sent to Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi.

"We have planned to write a similar letter to Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi too, and distribute "10 crore copies" of the letters, in various languages, across the country," he added. (ANI)
