Intex launches two new Android phones in IndiaIntex has announced the launch of two new Android powered mobile phones called the Aqua Marvel+ and the Aqua Swadesh in the Indian market.

Aqua Marvel+ is a dual SIM phone that comes with a 3.5-inch HVGA display with a resolution of 320x480 pixels. The phone is powered by a 1GHz MTK6515 processor and comes with 256MB of RAM. As for photography, the Aqua Marvel+ has a 3-megapixel rear camera and it comes with an internal memory of 95MB that can be expanded through a micro SD card slot. As for connectivity options, it offers Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and USB ports. Aqua Marvel+ has a 1,400mAH battery and it runs on the Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread version. The phone is available in grey, white and yellow colors in the country.

On the other hand, the Aqua Swadesh features most of the features of Aqua Marvel+ and has tiny differences. Aqua Swadesh features a 3.2-inch QVGA display with a resolution of 240x320 pixels and has a 2-megapixel rear camera. It is powered by a 1,200mAH battery and runs Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread. The phone comes with 75MB of internal storage that can be expanded using a microSD card. Aqua Swadesh will be available in black and white colors in the country.

The company is offering the Aqua Marvel+ at Rs 3,990 while the Aqua Swadesh will come with a price tag of Rs 3,790 in the Indian market. The launch of the two entry level affordable models comes after the company launched its Aqua Wonder Quadcore and the Intex Player in the country.
