HTC announces new One X+

HTC announces new One X+Taiwanese smartphone maker, HTC has announced a new version of its HTC One X smartphone called, the HTC One X+.

The device will be launched with the latest version of Google operating system, Jelly Bean or Android 4.1. The new model is a refreshed version of the original X, which was launched in April by the company.

The new HTC One X+ is powered by a 1.7 GHz quad-core processor and will come with 64GB of storage. The smartphone has a2100 mAh battery offering 50 per cent or six hours more talk time than the earlier version. The company is also offering a new HTC Sense 4, dubbed Sense 4+ with a new self-portrait mode for the front camera and a sightseeing mode with improved colors.

HTC claims that the device has improved voice performance with Beats Audio and an easy access to videos across a range of devices through its Watch services. The HTC One X+ will feature to 4.7 inch screen and feature the slim 8.9mm form factor.

The smartphone also has 1GB RAM and an 8 megapixel camera with ImageSense processor and F2.0 aperature for improve picture quality. HTC has also included the new NFC with support for Tap and Go. As for connectivity options, the device comes with 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi, DLNA, and HDMI out with MHL adapter and Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX technology.
