Hema Malini won't mind giving 'Dream Girl' tag to Ash

Aishwarya RaiMumbai, June 24 : She has carried the Dream Girl tag for decades but now Hema Malini is ready to part with it and says she won't mind transferring it to Aishwarya Rai.

"Today, all the heroines are above the Dream Girl tag. Each girl is so beautiful. They have made their name in such a big way, specially Aishwarya. I think I will give this tag to her. But not for free. She would have to buy it from me," joked the
62-year-old actress.

In 1977, Hema played the title role in "Dream Girl" opposite Dharmendra after which the scribes of that era started referring to her with the same sobriquet in their writeups.

Aamir doesn't believe in spoon feeding nephew Imran

Although Bollywood star Aamir Khan has been in the industry for over two decades now, he stays clear from giving any professional tips to his nephew and actor Imran Khan.

"He (Aamir) has never been the one for advice. From the time I started out with 'Jaane Tu…Ya Jaane Na', he had told me that you have to figure out things for yourself. You make your own mistakes because that's how you will learn," Imran told IANS.

It seems Aamir, who is the producer of Imran's upcoming film "Delhi Belly", doesn't want to spoon feed his nephew!

For Abhay, break from acting means growth

Actor Abhay Deol, who took a few months off from acting and went to New York after the success of his film "Dev D", says it's very important to take a break.

"Time off is important specially for me in the field of acting. With me this has happened in the past, when I do film after film, I do get jaded and tired and tend to repeat myself.

"But when you take time off, take different experiences, allow yourself to be free, you sort of grow. That becomes a huge benefit because after that when you come back, you are slightly different from what you were when you went there. That slight difference is all the difference you need for those next few roles to come by," Abhay told IANS.

And he is ready to show his growth as an actor in "Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara", which is slated to hit screens next month and also stars Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar and Katrina Kaif, among others. (IANS)
