Google has tweaked its iGoogle start page for easier use on iPhone and Android phones. The internet giant has released improved beta version of iGoogle for iPhone and Android handsets.

According to Google, the new version of iGoogle is speedier and easier-to-use. It lets the iPhone and Android phone users to interact with their devices in similar way to the desktop version using tabs and displaying content that runs in iFrames.

The new improved version of iGoogle features improved tabs and quick access, which elevates its speed. It features in-line display of articles for feed-based gadgets that allow the users to read article summaries without leaving the page. It allows the users to rearrange gadget order and favorite gadgets open for their next visit.

The new, bettered, beta version of iGoogle has been released in 38 languages. The iPhone and Android phone users can test the new iGoogle version by visiting igoogle.com in their mobile browsers and tapping "Try the new Mobile iGoogle".
