He is accompanied by a high level delegation including a number of ministers and senior officials.

President Nasheed is scheduled to meet Vice-President Hamid Ansari, Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee and Leader of the Opposition L. K. Advani.

Nasheed will also call on his Indian counterpart Pratibha Patil who will host a banquet in his honour.

The former `Backstreet Boys' singer wrote on his official website that little Baylee had been released from Atlanta''s Scottish Rite Children''s Hospital December 20, after having received treatment against the disease that could inflame and weaken coronary arteries, creating the risk of blood clots that can cause heart attacks.
