Zurich - Tiny Charlene Riva and Myla Rose made their photo debut Friday as proud parents Roger Federer and Mirka Vavrinec published the first picture of their new arrivals on Facebook.

While eager to explain the trials and minor tribulations of snapping a picture of the two-week-old infants, Federer dropped zero hints about whether he plans to play in the Montreal Masters from Monday.

But that small mystery will be solved later when the draw is made in Canada.

Federer's page said that the happy snap, taken by his father Robert, was especially tricky as both of the girls were uncomfortable. "It was very funny as both girls had the hiccups while we were trying to take a decent picture," Federer wrote by way of a caption,

The world number one, who last played in his Wimbledon finals victory over Andy Roddick, added: "The girls and mom are doing great."(dpa)
