As per the scheme, Idea users in the state will be offered 1paisa per second on any local and STD numbers.

Existing Idea customers can avail the “Per Second Calling” plan by purchasing “Super Seconds” voucher for Rs. 24.

However, new subscribers will have to pay Rs. 55 for a period of one year service to avail this service.
