Research in Motion has announced the launch of Blackberry Bold 9700 in the Indian market. 'Research In Motion' or RIM is a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative wireless solutions and it produces the smartphones under the name 'Black Berry'.

The phone with high end technical features is suitable for both personal and business use. The company expects a good market response as the phone offers enhanced performance and exteriors which are designed in every detail.

The phone supports latest technologies like 3G and HSDPA worldwide. It has an inbuilt memory of 256 MB system. As for connectivity solutions the phone offers GPS and Wi-Fi. It can also be connected to the BlackBerry App World which offers a host of mobile applications specifically developed for Black Berry phones.

The BlackBerry App World offers applications in various categories including games, entertainment, IM and social networking, news, weather, productivity and more.

Black Berry 9700's inbuilt camera comes with a resolution of a 3.2MP. Its exteriors include dark chrome frame and leatherette back which gives it a sleek and elegant look.

The phone comes with a price tag of Rs 31990 and will be available across the country through Airtel outlets.
