World’s 10 most famous buildings to be recreated in jelly at London Festival of Architecture

London, July 3 : Ten of the world’s most famous buildings will be recreated in jelly during a competition at the London Festival of Architecture.

More than 100 designers and architects have submitted entries to the competition, which will raise money for the London Festival of Architecture’s disaster and development charity, Article 25.

Sir Norman Foster, Sir Nicholas Grimshaw, Wil Alsop, and Lord Richard Rogers will be amongst the participants in the event, reports the Independent.

The entries will be showcased at the ‘Architectural Jelly Banquet’, a unique event where revellers will come dressed as desserts, watch jelly wrestling, and listen to “bespoke wobbling soundscapes and projections” late into the night.

The London Festival of Architecture began on the 20 June. (ANI)
