Rutterschmidt was found guilty of conspiring to murder him for financial gain. 77-year-old co-defendant Helen Golay was convicted on Wednesday of murdering McDavid and Paul Vados, 73, and counts of conspiracy in both killings.

According to Auslander, the 27-year-old singer-actress, Simpson felt fever and she was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Friday for a "minor kidney infection". She was released on Monday.  

Laguna Beach: The lead guitarist for New Jersey rockers Bon Jovi, Richie Stephen Sambora was arrested for – DUI – driving under the influence of alcohol charges in Laguna Beach, California, on Tuesday night. According to Laguna Beach Police Sergeant Jason Kravetz, Sambora was driving with his girlfriend and his 10-year-old daughter Ava, and another juvenile in his car when he was arrested, so he could face criminal charges.
