New York, June 19 : Was Lindsay Lohan drunk at the MTV awards? Well, that still remains a mystery amidst mixed reports.

According to RadarOnline. com, Lohan''''s alcohol level ranged from .03 to .04 from midnight to 3 a. m. on June 6 in the hours following the awards.

Judge Marsha Revel of Los Angeles Superior Court had recently ordered Lohan not to consume alcohol as part of her terms of bail.

The ''''Mean Girls'''' star''''s alcohol levels were apparently contained in a report prepared by SCRAM officials for the judge after her bracelet registered the presence of alcohol.

Actress Lindsay Lohan is the latest reason of dispute between Obama and McCain. Reportedly, Obama's camp turned down Lindsay Lohan's offer to do a fundraiser for him on the pretext that she "is not exactly the kind of high profile star who would be positive for us."

Earlier this week Michael Lohan had accused Samantha Ronson for “corrupting his daughter. Lindsay Lohan hit back at her father by calling him a "public embarrassment" and a "bully" in a MySpace blog entry posted on Thursday.

"If you have something to say to me, say it to my face — that's what I have believed my whole life — don't be a coward and say it to others first, let alone all the media in the world," Lohan wrote.

Michael Lohan, Lindsay Lohan's father, is convinced that his daughter has started drinking again under the influence of her rumored girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

Just last year Lindsay checked into rehab following a spate of drunk-driving wrongdoings, but now she seems to be back on the Los Angeles party scene with DJ Ronson.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were spotted out for a stroll in Miami Beach on Tuesday, August 5. They had reportedly arrived in Miami yesterday afternoon, following a weekend in Chicago for Lollapalooza and a one-day stay back home in Los Angeles.

Lindsay Lohan and her oft-rumored girlfriend Samantha Ronson spent their first day of vacation hanging out by the Delano hotel pool with about a dozen Ronson family members.

Lindsay Lohan on Friday retorted to the Los Angeles police chief, who explained that the paparazzi were no longer an issue, partially because the 22-year-old actress had evidently “gone gay,” saying the chief cop should mind his own business.  

“Police chiefs shouldn’t get involved in everybody else’s business or their personal lives. It’s inappropriate,” Lohan told the photographers as she made her way through Los Angeles International Airport along with her gal pal Samantha Ronson.
