New Delhi, July 14 : Paul the psychic octopus is popular for different reasons these days, even though the World Cup is over.
The octopus has boosted consumption of octopus in Chinese restaurants and has even become popular on the Web.
By Tuesday, vendors had released more than 150 `Paul the octopus' products on taobao. com - including furniture, toys, snacks, computer gadgets and clothes.
Meanwhile, fans of losing teams said they were going to cook up an octopus to vent their anger, reports the China Daily.
