London, Feb 8 : Wayne Rooney has gotten hooked to a video game called Temple Run, and has reached a score of 12.5 million points.
He took to Twitter to announce his achievement on the app, which is played on the iPhone and iPad, the Sun reported.
The Manchester United ace even challenged his teammates to beat his score.
The game centres on explorers trying to steal an idol from an ancient temple.
