Melbourne, July 30: Australian Twenty20 captain Cameron White believes that all-rounder Steve Smith will recapture his form soon.
White said that Smith, who was dropped from the Test team for the tour of Sri Lanka this week, would keep developing his skills to become a genuine all-rounder for the national team.
"I don't think he needs to work out what is going to be his best skill, his game will keep developing and he will say he wants to be a genuine all-rounder," the Sydney Morning Herald quoted White, as saying.
"I've been in the same position and you want to be picked in the side as a batter or a bowler, and I'm sure that is what Steve wants, too. I would definitely encourage him to do both," he added. (ANI)
