Secunderabad, June 19 - Scoring continued to be tough at the Usha Army Ladies and Juniors Golf 2012, but Aditi Ashok turned in a four-over 76 to move into shared lead with overnight leader Mehar Atwal here Tuesday.
Aditi and Mehar are now at 12-over 156 and one shot ahead of third placed Gursimar Badwal (77) who is at 157.
The only other player to score in the 70s on the second day was Amandeep Drall (81-79) who is now fourth at 160.
Milie Saroha (81-80) and Anisha Padukone (80-81) were tied for fifth, while Gauri Monga (82-81) is seventh.
Millie Saroha and Raksha Phadke (83-81) were top-two in Category A, while Aditi and Ridhima Dilawari (86-83) were the top two in Category B.
Harnemat Toor Singh (93-90) was the leader in Category C ahead of Tanrika Singh (96-91) was second. In Category D Tanishka Kumar (86-86) was the leader and Vasundhara Tihara (91-91) was second. (IANS)
