Prince William criticised for taking time off from RAF training to go skiing
London, March 21 : Prince William is being criticised for taking time off from RAF training this week to go skiing with his girlfriend Kate Middleton.
He has gone to the French Alps for five days, despite not being due leave until Easter.
His move has led some people to accuse him of receiving special treatment.
"William's holiday has not impressed anyone here. He just does what he wants when he wants," the Sun quoted a trainee helicopter pilot at RAF Shawbury, Shrops, as saying.
"William's holiday has not impressed anyone here. He just does what he wants when he wants.
"There's no way we'd be allowed to break from training and swan off," the trainee added.
An RAF spokesman, however, insisted that William went during a "natural" two-and-a-half-week gap.
Since William won his wings last year, before the course, he did not have to repeat some training. (ANI)
