London, Dec 11 : Pop princess Britney Spears’ plans for her new album Circus have been revealed, and it evolves around the messy breakdown that she had gone through.

In the gig, Spears’ breakdown and her recovery, play a big part with the finale featuring the diva emerging at the end of a rainbow after a spectacular indoor thunderstorm.

“The first act sees the miserable star run away to join the circus. This mirrors her slide into unhinged behaviour,” the Sun quoted a tour insider as saying.

Britney to make appearance on ‘Good Morning America’ once again

"Britney has a standing invitation to come back to ABC for an extended interview with Diane [Sawyer]," the New York Daily News quoted a spokeswoman for the show, as saying.

However, ABC was Spears'' second choice to launch her album "Circus."

The singer had been in negotiations with NBC''s "Today" show but, according to an insider, the network passed after hearing all of Britney''s "ridiculous" demands.

However, the Pussycat Dolls are still hopeful of collaborating with the `Hit Me baby One More Time' hitmaker, as they have been signed to open up in her upcoming world tour.
