New development plans confirmed by MGM Mirage Hospitality, Pearl DubaiTuesday witnessed MGM Mirage and Pearl Dubai announcing new plans to develop Bellagio, MGM Grand, and Skylofts hotels, and also branded residences at Dubai Pearl, the $4 billion (Dh15 billion) world-class, fully integrated luxury development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

As per media reports, the 250-room Bellagio hotel, 350-room MGM Grand hotel, and 30-suite Skylofts hotel would be owned and financed by Pearl Dubai, while MGM Mirage Hospitality will manage and provide technical services for the three new ventures.

Furthermore, in addition to featuring world-renowned dining, entertainment, spa and convention that complements the luxury offering of the hotels, the agreement includes the development of Bellagio branded luxury residences.

 “Our alliance with MGM Mirage reflects our commitment to forging world-class partnerships with premium brands that are renowned for their operational excellence,” said Abdul Majeed Ismail Al Fahim, Chairman of Pearl Dubai FZ LLC.

MGM has prominent holdings in hospitality and entertainment and is one of the world's leading and most respected development companies.  

With this association, the Dubai Pearl project would get Dubai’s first hotel and residences brands under the MGM Mirage portfolio.

Dubai Pearl, which is situated opposite the Palm Jumeirah Island in the heart of the Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone, is a landmark destination crested to provide amazing views of the Arabian Gulf.
