Car manufacturer Mahindra & Mahindra has declared that it will start bookings for its cheetah-inspired XUV500 by June 8, 2012.

With this declaration, the XUV500 will now be available crosswise the country, together with the 19 cities where it was obtainable previously.

While declaring the countrywide opening of bookings for the XUV500, Mr. Pravin Shah, chief executive, Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra, stated, "It has been an incredible journey so far for the XUV500 and we are pleased to take the product national. Now that we have ramped-up our production capacity significantly, we are confident that we will be able to take care of the growing all-India demand for the XUV500."

Mahindra & Mahindra has already sold up nine months of production capacitance because of awe-inspiring reaction in just two rounds of booking.

The Mahindra XUV500 boasts cheetah-inspired styling, refinement like never before and better technology and security traits together with comfy interiors.

Mahindra XUV 500 will be customized as per the requirements of these markets and the required adaptations for this purpose like emission and left hand drive.

Besides, the company has strengthened its capacitance to 4,000 vehicles on a monthly basis to meet up the growing demand.
