Melbourne, May 16 : Shane Warne expressed his ignorance over the squabble between his ex-wife Simone Callahan and fiance Elizabeth Hurley, saying that he "thought everyone was getting along pretty well."
The former Australian cricketer said that Callahan and Hurley don't see eye to eye over the nickname "Mummy Two" bestowed on the actress by the Warne children.
Warne took to Triple M's Hot Breakfast to shoot down the claims splashed across this week's issue of Woman's Day.
"I thought everyone was getting along pretty well," News. com. au quoted Warne as saying, seemingly oblivious to Callahan's rant about Hurley in the glossy.
In it Callahan describes Hurley's nickname of Mummy Two as "disrespectful" and says that she is not happy that Warne and Hurley live out their relationship on Twitter.
Callahan, who met Hurley for the first time last weekend at Jackson Warne's junior footy match, took a final swipe at "Warley" by slamming her ex for starting Twitter accounts for Jackson, 13, Brooke, 14, and Summer, 9.
However, it appears the Mummy Two tag was the final straw.
"I don't know how that has happened," she said.
"I know it has not come from the kids. I don't know whether it was suggested by Liz or Shane.
"Look, I can't control what people say, but it's just disrespectful as far as I'm concerned.
"She is not their mum. And the kids know exactly what the situation is," Callahan said. (ANI)
