Washington, Dec 5 : Demi Lovato returned to her rehab facility and embraced old memories at the institution that helped get her life back.

A year ago, she was treated at the Timberline Knolls facility for three months in a bid to resolve her emotional issues.

The 19-year-old is in great health now and wanted to give back to the centre that helped her overcome her eating and cutting disorders.

She later tweeted to her fans about the visit and how she felt after talking to the women.

“Wow what an inspiring day… many tears were shed and many memories were brought back,” Radaronline quoted her as saying on twitter.

“Today I went back to the treatment centre I went to last year, to speak to the beautiful women fighting their inner demons,” she said.

“Was so honored. To be able to share my story and let them know that it gets easier. Life is beautiful… You are worthy of it,” she added.

She asked her fans to pray for “all of those struggling with eating disorders, self harm, mood disorders, and substance abuse”. (ANI)
