KEC International, one of the leading power transmission equipment companies in India, has bagged a distribution order worth Rs 1.32 billion from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL).

The state-owned company provides the order for electrification works under infrastructure plan phase – II A project on a single point responsibility turnkey basis in Palghar (Kalyan) zone of Maharashtra state.

Last month RPG Group Company KEC International, has pocketed international orders worth Rs 470 crore from Saudi Arabia and Chad in Africa.

Shares of the company gained Rs 6, or 1%, to settle the day at Rs 539. The total volume of shares traded was 20,523 at the BSE (3.31 p.m., Monday).
