Jimmy Carter continues teaching Sunday school

On October 1, former President Jimmy Carter will turn 91. The former president is undergoing brain cancer treatment, but his Sunday routine remained the same. Lynne Fallow and her daughter, Chapin, reached the Maranatha Baptist Church in Plains, Georgia, which is Carter's hometown, from South Carolina.

According to Lynne Fallow, she had not slept in two nights. Jan Williams looks after crowd control. The instructor is her close friend. As per Williams, Jimmy is among the kindest Southern men. He expresses his thinking and takes stand for what he considers right.

The former President has been teaching at Sunday school from last more than 30 years. However, after he made announcement regarding his diagnosis, the crowds grew larger than ever. Carter cancelled many appearances, but he didn't cancel this.

Carter started with information on his health. He said that he undergoes four treatments of immunotherapy. And this Sunday, he taught regarding Timothy to some people. "What do you know about Timothy? Anything? You know his name right?" said Carter.

Initially, he said that Timothy is regarding the significance of love. The former president put some questions to the group. He said, "Do you have anyone in your mind against who you have a grievance, which might be resented by you, that you haven't forgiven?"

As per Jan Williams, Carter is aware every Sunday that what he teaches brings very good chances of making a huge difference someone's life at the present and in the future.
