It has come up with a gold covered jewel studded version of Nano, which is priced somewhere around Rs. 22 crore.

The car has 80kg Gold and 15kg Silver attached to it. What's more, it has as many as 10,000 pieces of precious stones attached to it. The car is worth about $4.68 million, and this makes it twice as costly as the Veyron by Buggati. So with this absolutely astounding transformation, of what was believed to be one of the cheapest cars in the world, the Nano Goldplus version has become one of the costliest cars ever displayed.

Public was baffled and astounded to see the super creation displayed in Mumbai by the firm. However, the latest version of the car shall not be available for sale; it is a memento creation and shall be kept to dazzle the onlookers by the firm.

"As many as 14 techniques of jewelry making have gone behind the effort -- from the intricate filigree work to the delicate and colorful meenakari work, the stunning kundan to the traditional naqashi", revealed an official from the firm.
