Era Infra gets contract from NHAI

Era-InfraIndia's leading infrastructure firm, Era Infra Engineering has informed that it has received a contract from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The cost of the project has been estimated to be Rs 1723 crore. Era Infra Engineering will handle this prestigious order in association with OJSC-SIBMOST.

As per the order, the company will have to build a 4-Lane Bareilly-Sitapur Section of National Highway No-24. The length of the highway is 262 Km to 413 Km.

The project comes under the design, build, finance, operate and transfer ("DBFOT") toll basis.

Now Era Infra Engineering is responsible for the DBFOT of the project. DBFOT stand for design, build, finance, operate and transfer toll basis. The company has informed these facts in a filing at the Bombay Stock Exchange.

After the announcement, the stock price of Era Infra Engineering has touched to its intraday high of Rs 221.90. The day's low price for the stock was reported to be Rs 217.90. The company was trading with volumes of 145,466 shares and the Market capitalization stands at Rs 3,982.30 crore.
