New Delhi, Mar 1 - It was a sunny, windy morning in the capital Friday with the minimum temperature settling at 12.2 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year. The Met office has forecast a clear day ahead.

A pleasant and clear day lies ahead for Delhi. The maximum temperature is likely to be around 26 degrees Celsius, said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

A shallow mist enveloped the city early morning, with visibility being 1,000 meters at 8.30 a. m.

Thursday's maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded a notch above average for this time of the season at 26.1 and 12.8 degrees Celsius respectively. (IANS)
