New Delhi, Feb 8 - Telecom major Bharti Airtel Wednesday reported a 17 percent increase in total revenue for the quarter ended Dec 31 at Rs. 18,477 crore against Rs. 15,772 crore during the like period of the previous financial year.
Overall customer base stood at 243 million across 19 countries, the company said in a statement.
Non-voice revenue stood at Rs. 2,801 crore, up 20.4 percent year on year.
"I am pleased that investments in branding and networks continue to be our focus in India as we enhance customer experience for voice quality and cater to the ever increasing demand for data," Sunil Bharti Mittal, chairman and managing director, Bharti Airtel said. (IANS)
